What this covers
This policy covers the website at barichandassoc.com, run by Barich & Associates Marketing Services, Inc.. It explains what we collect through the site, why we collect it, and who else handles it.
What we collect
When you send the call-back form, we collect what you enter: the topic you choose, your name if you give it, your phone number, and anything you write in the message box. We also record the time you sent it and the permission text you were shown.
Our spam check receives your IP address, and our web host keeps standard technical logs of visits. We do not use advertising or analytics tracking on this site.
Why we collect it
We use it to call you back about your request, and to keep a record of the permission you gave us to contact you.
Who else handles it
Your request is emailed to our office staff through SendGrid, an email delivery service. The site is hosted by Vercel. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the form was sent by a person. Each of these companies handles the information only to provide that service to us.
A copy of each request is also emailed to the company that builds and runs this website for us, so it can confirm the form is working. It uses the copy for nothing else.
We do not sell your information.
How long we keep it
We keep each request for at least 12 months, because for a Medicare request it is the record of your permission to be contacted.
Do Not Track
This site does not track you across other websites, so it treats every visit the same way whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.

Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
